Job Description

• Continuously expand knowledge of respective Technology and solutions & always deliver exceptional customer service
• Answer all questions and address all concerns that the customer may have & help customers by providing the right product or service.
• Arrange the demonstration of product as per costumer convenient
• Co-ordinate with site engineers and identify the problems facing by the existing clients and provide a solution
• Follow up with potential customers to generate more revenue
• Responsible to drive the targets for the product portfolio in support with team members
• Understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunities
• Keeping up with product & service information and updates
• Responsible for preparing the proposal, get the purchase order, negotiate with supplier, arrange delivery
• Closing sales and achieving sales targets

Skills Required

• Significant work experience in sales and customer service
• Must have knowledge in IT Infrastructure product and services
• Able to work cooperatively as part of a team
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Desire to continue to develop skills and knowledge
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Articulate and well-spoken with excellent phone and email etiquette
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity at all times
